Typically Retained Executive Search is invoiced in 3 stages, project research, shortlist and the balance due upon hire.
Contingency search is invoiced upon successful hire.
We agree with our client the level of fees and any variable expenses. Advertising is charged at agency cost and may be paid direct or through us.
We will confirm in writing details of all fees and associated costs such as advertising, so that the client is clear about, and can budget for, the work to be undertaken and the processes involved.

Talent map costs are dependant upon the scale of the project. We will agree the cost at the beginning of the process. We can produce a report to an agreed timescale. They are charged in two stages, an agreed percentage to begin the project work, and the remaining balance upon completion of the report.
