What happens when I have sent my CV to you ?
Once your CV has been received, you will be entered into our confidential database. If your details match any current opportunities will we contact you as soon as is possible. We will only contact you only when a search professional qualifies you as a potential match for a current opportunity. We will also contact you about any relevant future opportunities. If you don’t hear from us it’s because we are not currently working on an assignment which matches your experience. Please rest assured we will contact you with any career/opportunity matches.
Will you ever send my CV to an organization without me knowing about it ?
No – never. We will always contact you to discuss any opportunity we have in mind for you. We will always ask your express permission to confidentially send your CV to a client.
Will it cost anything to register my CV with you?
No this service is absolutely free..
How will I hear about new job opportunities?
If your experience and aspirations match with new opportunities we will contact you by telephone or email when we think you might be interested.
Will I get lots of emails and phone calls from The Search Consortium?
No we don’t use any spam mail or make annoying phone calls. You will only ever hear from us if your experience meets an opportunity or if we have another business opportunity for you.
